Thank you, Sonja!

After two years of leadership with CDFI Friendly South Bend,  serving both as a key driver of the business planning process from  2018 – 2020 and as Interim Executive Director since CFSB’s founding, Sonja Karnovsky will be transitioning  to a new role with FUND Consulting, a strategic firm in Chicago which advises CDFI, nonprofit, and government clients nationwide.

It is with immense gratitude for her leadership and dedication to the work and mission of CFSB, and with tremendous hope and excitement for her future, that we express our deepest thanks and best wishes to Sonja! We are eager to continue the great work she’s done here in South Bend to expand financial access and economic opportunity, and we are thrilled to see all she accomplishes in the next chapter of her career.
