Building for Impact: Facility and Finance Planning Strategies for Nonprofits

We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive, no-cost workshop presented by our partners at IFF, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to empowering nonprofit organizations. Andre Gibson and Donna Sink from IFF will share valuable insights tailored to nonprofits within our region.

Join us for an interactive session focused on the resources and support available to help nonprofit organizations advance their missions. IFF and CDFI Friendly provide a range of services—from capital campaign support and facility assessments to guidance on energy sustainability and beyond. This workshop also offers an excellent networking opportunity to connect with other nonprofit leaders, share experiences, and explore financing solutions.

Light refreshments will be served throughout the workshop, followed by a reception at 5:00 PM. The reception will feature local Black-owned businesses and minority developers, offering a chance to network, discover community-driven developments, and engage with inspiring local entrepreneurs.
